Initiate a Return Request
Contact our support team at support@minisforum.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare and Package
Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all power adapters, cables, VESA mounts, and documentation to ensure eligibility for a full refund.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label or send the package to the designated MINISFORUM service center, ensuring you retain the tracking number for your records.
Inspection and Processing
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
