What is the standard shipping time for MINISFORUM products?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, international shipping typically takes 7-15 business days via DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
Do MINISFORUM Mini PCs come with a warranty?
Yes, we provide a 2-year limited warranty on the main unit and a 1-year warranty on accessories. This covers hardware defects under normal usage conditions.
Can I upgrade the RAM or SSD on my device?
Most of our Mini PC models are designed for easy expansion. Users can typically upgrade the DDR memory and M.2 NVMe SSD without voiding the warranty, provided no physical damage occurs during the process.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original condition and packaging. If the return is due to a quality issue, MINISFORUM will cover the return shipping costs.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and localized payment options like Klarna or Affirm in selected regions.
Does the Mini PC come with an operating system pre-installed?
Most of our systems come pre-installed with a licensed version of Windows 11 Pro. We also ensure our hardware is compatible with various Linux distributions like Ubuntu and Manjaro.
